Duties & Responsibilities

The City Building Official is responsible for the coordination of efforts to comply with and carry out the City’s responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Building Official will investigate any complaint received alleging non-compliance or any action that would be prohibited.

ADA Appeals

Resolution of complaints regarding action related to the Americans with Disabilities Act and the appeal of a decision of the ADA Coordinator will be addressed by the Planning and Zoning Commission as provided for in the Levelland Code of Ordinances Section 3.1503.
